2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance due prior to the activity date. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the activity may be eligible for a full refund, subject to a processing fee.
• Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
• No-shows or late arrivals will result in forfeiture of the booking without refund.

4. Safety and Conduct

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by RASDEALS guides and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a safety risk or disrupts the experience for others.

5. Liability

RASDEALS is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during activities, except where caused by our negligence. Participants engage in activities at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating.

6. Changes to Services

RASDEALS reserves the right to modify or cancel activities due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or operational issues. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling or a refund where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the RASDEALS website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of RASDEALS and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
